A race starting and ending in Courmayeur, Italy. It follows the Alta Via 2 along the southern rim of the Aosta Valley and the Alta Via 1 along the northern rim. Total distance is 336km (200 miles) and elevation gain is over 24,000m (78,000ft.) with an equal drop. It is a single stage race with a time limit of 150 hours.

The inaugural race took place 12. Sept to 18. Sept. 2010.
