Guess they made it from some kind of black plastic. A group of volunteers did this almost everywhere in Brussels. Thought this looked pretty nice.

De foto met de snoephartjes is echt zo'n suikerzoete valentijnsfoto. Maar deze is echt geweldig. Wat een ontzettend leuk idee van die lui en wat heerlijk dat jij er een foto van maakte en die met ons deelde. Heel erg leuk
