A Belleville tradition: going to a summertime outdoor fish fry. I will tell you now that it's hard to beat a plate of fried catfish, white bread and onions. Except if add some fried mushrooms, onion rings and coleslaw on the side : ) Favorites: both yours (by hits) and mine (ugly ducklings that nobody seems to notice).
