Groβ St Martin Kirche – Great St Martin Church. Its foundations rest on the remnants of a Roman chapel, built on what was then an island in the Rhine.
The church later became a Benedictine monastery. The current building was constructed between 1150-1250. Badly damaged during WW2, its restoration was completed
in 1985. Since 2009, it has been used by the Monastic Fraternities of Jerusalem.
