Home of the Vancouver Convention Centre, the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel and the Vancouver World Trade Centre.
It is also the main cruise ship terminal for the region, where most of Vancouver's famous cruises to Alaska start.
The exterior of the building is covered by fabric roofs resembling sails. The building was designed by the architect Eberhard Zeidler.
