This is a shot from the north approach to the Rigolets Bridge. The wooden deck from the rock to the concrete decking was washed away by Katrina. This same decking and pilings burn in a fire about two years ago and was rebuilt. Now it had to be rebuilt again along with one concrete decking also. We are moving right along.
