We visited Whinlatter Forest in the Lake district on Saturday. This little track was recommended by the lady in the tourism center as "An accesible 'walk' for wheelchair users" Thats my wife in the wheelchair with the kids in the bottom right of the picture. That was about the last time she managed to wheel herself for the whole trip. The rest was about a 1 in 3 slope. On the plus side I got more exercise than I bargined for and the scenery was spectacular.
