This looks like a scene from a Grimm's Fairy Tales book to me. It sure put a smile on my face, and I needed one!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Wow, this is right up there with one of your other images that I just love "Garden Walk"

:)
Excellent eey for catching this scene and composing it so quickly, love the red in the bushes as well. How is it that people seem to know exactly what to wear to look good in a scene :))

LOL! Great capture! And this photo is so extraordinarily exposed, it's amazing. Well done.

Very good eye... great presence of mind to whip the camera out! I downloaded the camera raw update, so I've not had the problem with missing EXIF.

Hehehe, when it was done loading I had a big smile on my face, like you. It's just lovely and I could sum all the reasons why but that would take the magic away.
I'm going to look at it some more.

I agree .. very interesting image.

Very 'Tom Sawyer-esgue' - The figure with the straw hat, short pants or britches, the gnarly tree, reb berries, path and fence all combine for a wonderfully interesting photo. Nice find LC!

I like everything about this photo, from the gnarled crape myrtle, to the berries and walkway, to the watching figure. Nice job!
Guest 09-Dec-2004 15:29
I love the different levels of this shot : it seems that every level has its own proportion, the red berries, the tree and the man seem
Guest 09-Dec-2004 15:28
Like them both but "do you see..." more.
Nice catch.
Well done, and yeah, it does bring a smile to my face, too.
