The young men who have practiced for months, are very agile and quick at throwing their flags
into the air in unison, and catching the flag from a partner or even a thrower across from them.

Looking down on the flag throwers, is the figure of Neptune, the god of the sea,
in the center of a fountain with other figures.
The fountain and figure of Neptune (1565) is the work of the sculptor Bartolomeo Ammannati and his workshop.
