The Louvre has several entrances to access the museum. This image shows the museum's "Carrousel Entrance" on the Rue Rivoli.
The museum is accessed by three flights of escalators leading to a lower level Carrousel Mall, which is a beautiful place
to browse for really nice souvenir memories to take home.
Some of the mall's shop windows can be glimpsed along the diagonal wall on the left.

The Louvre Carrousel Mall is also home to the Louvre bookstore, post office, shops selling copies of some smaller items on
display in the museum, a Starbucks, and several places to grab a meal, as well as
a huge Apple computer store, and other enticing venues !
