At the bottom of Accademia Bridge, just opposite the entrance of the Accademia Museum, this man was
working on some sketches, and selling his own work. I thought he made a nice picture !

The Accademia is a wonderful museum, but has been under restoration for quite some time.
The most important and famous works of art have all been rehung in two or three rooms, but the larger
canvases could not be accommodated, so one might want to inquire before paying the entrance fee
if seeing a specific work is important to you, to find if it is on display.
