That is a unique and stange effect on the eyes when the subject is oof like that. It makes my eyes try to bring the hat into focus, everything else is sharp, then BLUR, just the hat! I look again, and it's all sharp right up to the edge of the stone, till one gets to the hat, and BLUR! Jumps right at the eyes. : ) **still blinking**
