First I straightened up the buildings. I lightened the image with Photoshop Shadows/Highlight. A few signs were taken out with the clone thing. The sky was actually overcast (almost solid white), so I replaced it with the sky from another picture. And, of course, I did a little sharpening, either with smart sharpen or USM. I forget.
At least it earned an HM at our local photo club.
