Hi Cat - it's been a long time - you were one of the first people to comment on my work and I sure did appreciate the comments and encouragement. You've been busy! I've just been clicking through your galleries - you have some great work here - I really like the boat in your summer 2007 gallery - lovely loose brushwork - a painted on location spontaneous look to it - very nice. Hallo Cat, I just discovered your excellent work via Margot. I am still in the learning phase and my final aim is to achieve what you are showing in your art galleries (AWESOME - I don't realy have the words to describe what I feel when looking at your work - my English is not 100% when coming to express myself - but believe, I am in awe). I see you make use of Photoshop CS - art history brushes - would you please be so good to tell me which specific ones you use most - and where/how you have broadened your vast knowledge to use the brushes. I think you must be getting a lot of similar requests, but I will REALY be grateful if you can put me on the right path. Outstanding work with Corel Painter. You have taken it beyond "messing about" into the realm of true creative art. The images of the iris are spectacular. Around here, my favorite filter is Smart-Blur (in PS, but I understand Corel now has one). And this shouldn't be about me, but this might be an idea for you: have you ever experimented with saving photos as gif's ? Thanks again for sharing your great work. Best regards, Donald Kinney
