Fort Pickens is near Pensacola Beach, Florida. It is an easy shore dive along a small jetty with lots of rubble on the bottom. Most of the structure is between 20 and 30 feet. Just watch the tides when diving. It is best to dive an hour or two before high tide. Photography can be challenging because of silt in the deeper water, and surge in the shallower water.
You have some great underwater photos of the Panhandle - some of the best I've seen. I am also very impressed by your identification skills. I think I replied once to a post of yours on ScubaBoard. I am "only" a snorkeler, but I have yet to meet anyone else who is an avid as me. I've done a lot of snorkeling around the jetties in Destin. I am now posting all my newer photos on flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/31486092@N05/), although I still have some older ones on PBase. I now live in Alaska, but I will probably retire around the Destin area in the next year or two. I hope to see more of your pics!
