the geeky bits: I am trying out some new editing software called Silkypix (being convinced Adobe have lost the plot). It gives nice results on portraits so far, and costs only a fraction of Lightroom/CS/what-have-you. It is also Japanese, which makes for some rather quirky translation...
No channel mixer to speak of, although there is some very funny colour wheel.. I might try to get rid of colour cast some other time once I know the software a little better.

If anyone is experienced in it, let me know what you think of this software, please!
