Homeless

Found these Bamm Beanos (Sports Beanie Babies) abandoned by their owner
the other day as I took out the trash.

Numbering 29 in all, I took them in, fed them and offered them
a place to sleep temporarily, until homes can be found for them.

Maybe you'd like to adopt a bear?

I recall the frenzy associated with these beanie babies. A woman order several happy meals, emptied the food into the trash in order to collect the beanies. What a waste of food that could have easily fed the homeless. And now the irony!!
