...so yesterday, after work, I thought I'd shoot a few hoops
down at the local gymnasium.
No sooner than I arrive, I get asked to compete in a four-on-four
with some local teens.
In the first game, I went nose to nose with my adversary and we came out victorious.
During the rematch, as I went up for a rebound,
came down and tried to twist to make a pass, I felt my knee snap
like a rubberband!
Today I'm hobbling around with a wrapped-up knee
and of course I was supposed to be shooting an art event downtown
this evening.
Drat!
