...this was the record library that served as a sort of
meeting room (at times) since it was lockable
and supposedly noise deadened.

Before doing an air shift, upcoming show hosts
would dig through the new release bin
and the walls of albums, to fill in their shows.
There was a small turntable setup with a single speaker that
you could spin discs on that you wanted to check out
and sometimes the on air host would complain
that the sound was leaking through into the studio.

Chuck was probably sticking his head in the door here
to tell everyone to keep the noise down.
