Hot work on a very hot day.

On my way to the doctors office for my debilitating back pain.

Been unable to stand or walk without pain. Or sleep.

A fine shot of this road. Back pain is bad. let me know how it all works out. I'm fighting the same thing. Back surgery about 5 years ago plus a couple of falls doesn't help.

back pain can be so debilitating, so wish you well in solving the issue, and perhaps figuring out how to prevent a recurrence...carrying too much gear on a trip or hike may have to be looked at..
