Dr. George Tiller operated a medical clinic here at 5101 E Kellogg Drive in Wichita, for over 30 years. Tiller performed abortions at this location and was controversial because many of the abortions were performed late term. The driveway leading into the enclosed parking area was where patients and staff entered the clinic. It was often the scene of confrontations where patients coming to the clinic for an abortion were challenged by anti-abortion protestors. Photo by Bruce Ward.
