On October 29, 2003, the aurora borealis was visible even in places like Kansas City. While not all portions of the metro area were able to see the lights due to light pollution, long-exposure cameras captured this beautiful phenomenon. Imagine standing outside on that night, gazing up at the dancing lights in the sky—a truly mesmerizing experience!
