After this potted plant bloomed profusely last October & November, it took a December, January, and February break. Rather than discard the bloomed-out mums, I allowed the leaves to continue to grow in our Solar Room over Winter. To my surprise, a lone flower popped out in mid March. That has since turned into a lovely April display that almost equals the Fall blooming. I never realized before that mums could flower more than in the Autumn. Obviously, they can and do.
