The Country Club a few miles from us puts on fireworks display each Memorial Day. This Country Club is by invitation only exclusive. I've been told that if you need to ask "how much" the membership costs, then, you absolutely can't afford it. Still, we (not members) do occasionally get to see their fireworks displays (random) for free from our backyard.

That was really great when our trees were not as tall as they are now. Originally, we were able to see everything clearly. Now, with the trees in the way, we usually only get a peek. Nevertheless, being able to enjoy any part of a live fireworks show from your backdoor is kind of nice.

This year, the display wasn't as elaborate as in some other years. But I did get a few decent images while handholding my bridge camera. Because of the tree situation, it wasn't worth my setting up a tripod and using the "big" camera gear. But, it was worth taking the time to at least capture some memory shots.
