National pet day is a big deal. It is a day where pet owners everywhere can celebrate their pets (all kinds) and the many things pets bring to our lives. National Pet Day is celebrated on April 11 in the United States. However, pet owners all over the world should take this day to give thanks for their pets.

Our pets are the 3 tiny Chihuahuas above: Bailey, Bella, and Chile.
One of the suggestions to celebrate today is: "Take advantage of the great outdoors!" It doesn’t matter whether you are walking a dog or playing frisbee, playing with your cat, or entertaining your rabbit – they all enjoy being outdoors. Dogs especially love being outdoors during the spring.
