New plant of an old favorite.
I've had my original "Holy Cow" (supposedly an annual) since 2017.
Still do: https://pbase.com/britestar/image/173340037
But when I didn't put her outside on the deck this summer like I usually do, she hasn't been flowering as profusely as she's done in previous years. She remains in our Solar Room. So, maybe that is why.
However, not knowing how long one can keep an "annual" going year after year (6 years seems a long time), I added a second Holy Cow in June. The new one (show above) sits outside on the dining table. With more white in the pattern, I personally don't think the new version is as pretty or interesting as my original Holy Cow; which I do hope to keep going for still another year... Knock on wood. The original has been a reliable year-round bloomer (indoors or out) for me. And she's always been so pretty.
My new alternative "Holy Cow" (above) is pretty, too, but I do prefer the look of the original.
