The next few days will be warm; so, I finally have planted my marigold seeds today. I'm about 3 weeks behind schedule. I guess late is better than never.
With the up and sharply down temperatures outside (which effects the tempts in the Solar Room), I haven't had a previous stretch of days and nights where it hasn't dropped into the 20's at night. Highs also have just been in the 40's. Although the upper 20's are again predicted as nighttime lows about a week from now, it will be in the 50's & 60's at night for a few days; with a couple of highs between 80 and 85 degrees. I can't continue to wait for the weather to stabilize more and no longer need the space heaters (which only heat the areas very close to them) in the unheated Solar Room. I've had the seeds since January. So, I am now finally getting ready for Spring the best that I can. We'll see what happens.
This weekend, I hope to get my zinnia seeds planted.
All are for potted plants that will go out on the deck this May through October: https://pbase.com/britestar/image/172082924
