Eventually, the dull over cast burned off just long just long enough for my winter white, blond skin to sun burn.
In other words, there was sun for about half an hour.

Although the field was covered with sheep poop, oh, what a lovely place for Nature.
The rising tide caused slews to widen and thus attract Shore Birds.
