Brite Star Chihuahuas: established in 1979
Chihuahuas have always been a big part of my life... even when I was a kid growing up.

Although I have a long history with Chihuahuas in the AKC dog show ring, I have scanned only a very few film photos or negatives of show wins before (or after) going totally digital. Below is a VERY few of some of my show dogs from the past. These select photos, however, absolutely do not represent most of the dogs ever shown by Brite Star Chihuahuas; nor do these pictures necessarily indicate our top winners. However, each and every show dog, in the photos below, captured my heart PLUS also lived a life as a beloved family pet, as well as their being champion show dogs. The below photos each hold special memories.

That's what life with Chihuahuas (even more than the show wins) is all about: love for and/from these wonderful individuals and the imprint they leave on our hearts.

Beyond the images below, I've been blessed to have had even more wonderful memories with many additional AKC champion Chihuahuas not in this gallery. Meanwhile, below is a sampling of some of our champion and obedience titled show dogs that I have been able to convert to digital images.
