I love your work. It is so creative. There are overtones of sometimes classic painters,
and then again completly new and contempory.

Came here through a reference from Jen (www.members.enchantedfolk.com/jen_parrish), another faerie artist like myself. You did a beautiful image of her, which she happily shows off as her avatar. (Love the seashell eyes.)

You're still an amazing photographer!
I'm amazed to see how your vision has grown!
Guest 01-Oct-2007 14:03
I am so exalted that I can't be nor critic nor objective. I am really impressed by what you see. You do simple things in a simple way, quiet, detailed. But it is your vision what is amazing. I don't believe you "discover" a way to process your images after shooting. They were in your head all the time, and that is a thing to admire.

I browse this site pretty much on a daily basis trying to find inspiration.
Yet most of the time I come away disapointed.
But it is artist like you who make this browsing worth it.
My love and pasion are portraits and your work is certaintly an inspiration.
Wow !... you have the true talent for using the tools that todays technology offers.

I would like to actually talk to you and get some pointers.

I love your work. It is so creative. There are overtones of sometimes classic painters,
and then again completly new and contempory. It is amazing that I see the world as you do...BUT am quite unable to create it . You have an amazing talent and I am so happy that you share it on this site. Where can your work be purchased ? Do you have any
gallery shows ? I am blown away by your artistry.

Thanks so much.

My goodness, girl, you are a major talent when it comes to photography. My favorite gallery was the Becca gallery, but all of the photos are exceptional. My buddy, Joe told me to come see your work. I'm thrilled that he did. Keep up the fabulous work!

Aurora,
Thanks for visiting my galleries. You have some really beautiful pictures and galleries. You think you can't do landscapes, which I disagree with. I really cannot do portraits and yours are masterful. Best regards

Hello Aurora, what a pleasure to follow the link to the J.Clark site. Brilliant work.
I have taken a moment only as a result of time constraints to view your lovely work as well. You have an eye for capturing the very essence of a person which is what I truly need to work on and shall bookmark you for inspiration if that is ok.

Thanks for stopping by & commenting on the pomegranates. I enjoy sneaking up on grocery produce & catching them unaware, before they are unceremoniously bagged & sent to someone's home. You seem to have quite a knack for capturing intimate moments, both in nature & in people. Some of your butterfly shots I feel I should be peeking thru interlocked fingers! LOL!

Aurora;

I just happened by your gallery and I'm very impressed, especially with your portraiture!

I'm wondering about your flash techniques... are you using an auxilliary flash or off-camera unit? I am SO sick of geting red-eye in my photos that I'm looking for suggestions (I use Canon Powershot G3).

Thanks and keep up the great work!

Joe

Aurora,

You have several photo's posted of my daughter, Kaylee Daggett, and they are just wonderful!!!! How can I get the electronic file of these in hi-res? I saw a couple of these photos around the house and didn't realize that they were taken by you. I can't believe just how beautiful they are.

Hello Aurora,
Very nice pictures and portraits. The colors are very well done and in great harmony. Maybe the butterflies can have a little more sharpness ? --> gives more details. You are doing a very good job.

Hi Aurora!
Thanx for your words in my guestbook! Yes your portraits shots are great!! I can't understand your soft focus effect! I have Photoshop but only with basic filters! Yours are very effective with a strong exposure: how do you do that!?? Do you also know how to render soft skins with photoshop? Did you ever try Photoshop 8.0?
Because of you i'm sure now that F717 can do portraits! (but i save money to get the famous Canon EOS-10D)
Thank you again!
PS: I really love your eyes ;o) See you soon in France (first destination in the world!)
