This is an office block in Richmond Surrey,designed by Prince Charles's favourite architect Quinlan Terry,who could not resist a small joke.I think he landed up in the Tower!!
I have visited Richmond many times but never saw this one. You have captured a good picture. I wonder the architect was sent to have his ears chopped off.
