Ah! What a pity, and I thought after 12 years Cuba would be better! It hasn't! Not only the buildings are equally degraded, but also they chose to paint them in a way they were NEVER painted, like a Caribbean Disneyland, so the tourists could mesmerize and say: "How typical"...
