This is looking up the valley from the village of Kyanjin Gompa. The valley continues for another 15-20km to some glaciers, and more awesome mountain scenery. The small peak to the left is Tsergo Ri (4984m), a 3 hour climb from the village. We spent two weeks trekking this region in November 2003, and can't wait to get there again.
