Beautiful pics! I'm married to a wonderful woman from Iligan, and I've been there twice. I'll be leaving again in a week to visit my wife and her family in Suarez..I miss them so much! Iligan is paradise to me...the people are warm, the food is delectable, and the weather is so much nicer then here in London, Ontario. Too bad it's so far away! I would visit more often if I could : )

I used to know a Willand Cebedo way back in Iligan City. I used to live in Consonje St. Behind the St. Michael Cathedral. I don't know if you're the same person I used to hang out with the Tabimina's family, the Paquingan's family, Pabatang's family and all of my childhood friends that live closed by St. Michael Cathedral and Actub's family. Will so much for that, I just recalling when I was young back then. I am for sure that they have their own family to look after. Abner Lomongo, I don't remember if we've meet but I was born in Looc, Maria and grow up in Iligan City. I left Iligan in 1970, now resided in Oahu, Honolulu ever since. I went to Davao, Matina in 2006, I don't have time to stop by Iligan City and Siquijor because out stay is only short. I know my Auntie Margarita Lomongo is now live in Maria. She the oldest sister of my Dad (Modesto).

Hello! First of all, this is one of the best galleries of Iligan City that I have ever seen. I have been researching around for pictures, but this tops the other ones. My name is Dwight Tablason, I used to live in Iligan City andd grew up there until I was 11. The pictures of the sinulog bring back old memories as well as the Timoga ones. I used to compete in swimming under Kuya Cecil and went to the CMRAA. Anyways, that was then and I am now here in Los Angeles and an art student. I'm doing a brochure about a place and I thought I would pick Iligan. These are really good references! Once I finish, maybe I can show it here. Thanks.

hi, this is my 3rd month away from home, away from the country.. and since imiss my home town, i tried GOOGLE-ing it (im missing the fiesta! damn!),sigh, the pictures made me miss iligan more but at least it made memuch more comfortable... ohw, and the goc-ongs! i ws surprised, i know them, i used to be a sector ATE of KFC (i love kids... i miss the kids! i miss the community... and like the others i am also an IITian, graudate of 2006, AB-Sociology... i miss school to...
