shotirener, believe it, it is quite natural. We get this kind of cloud formation and different colorshade everytime there is a deprecion in the weather. I've seen a lot of them because I am from Batanes. If you are not from Batanes maybe you should go for a visit and see for yourself and enjoy your stay and the place.
