I went out this evening in hopes of the sun breaking through for a striking
fall shot, but the overcast just didn't have the same agenda. So I tried a few
long exposure shots to see what I could get of the existing color with the
soft evening sun. This is a shot from one of my favorite spots to watch for
bald eagles, two flew in while I was there but 1/25 sec at f/5.6 ISO 400 just
wasn't going to cut it. I also got a shot of a couple of leaves but they were
similar to all the orchid shots so I picked this landscape. Below is one of the
