The middle of the summer is definitely not the peak
season for bird photography at Flag ponds, so I focused
on what was available. I was playing with my DoF and
re-verifying that a 2x teleconverter really doesn't
help that much with my 80-400.
Votes in. It won't go back on the camera unless I'm trying to
record something its just not sharp enough.
I was impressed with the lens on its own, this is a tripod
shot with the VR - OFF.
