Female Returning to Her Nest

NAS Patuxent River, MD

Just a quck note on this nest, ten days ago this nesting site was bare after
TS Alberto had washed it clean last year. So this Osprey and her mate have built
this nest in less than two weeks. Notice the underlaying framework is a full size
telephone pole and 2x8s. See the posting from two days ago, same nest.
