Back into the kitchen again...inspired by Brian's excellent pic of t'other day I thought I'd revisit my humble garlic and give it a bit of exposure before chopping and crushing it for tonight's recipe...

Yummy stuff and so was Brian's image... Love the tones...here our local organic grows with the purple tinge while the imported from China has a bleached white look :(
