The total lunar eclipse began the penumbra phase just before
midnight of December 20, 2010 and continued through the
early morning hours of December 21, 2010.

The camera lens included a Canon EF 1.4X II Extender and a
Canon EF 2X II Extender mounted on the Canon EX 400 mm f/5.6L USM lens.
A Wimberly Sidekick gimbal head was used for manual tracking.
