Looking into the morning sun. Hey, what's wrong with a little lens flare to bring back the 60s and 70s!
Lyndell, PA
The farmhouse is on the left with "downtown" Lyndell and the Lyndell Country Store down the hill on the right.
The below article appeared in our local newspaper on Wednesday, October 23, 2013.

As time goes by I had forgotten the connection between Jim Croce and Chester County, PA.
This farmhouse is only about three miles from our home and I often drive by it when I'm out driving around the area photographing.
The farmhouse is located on Highspire Road just as the road drops into the tiny village of Lyndell.
Jim Croce was tragically killed in a plane crash in September 1973, 40 years ago.
I had started my teaching career in Downingtown in that month.
Ingrid Croce recently wrote a book, "I Got a Name", about the life of her husband, Jim.
