7/4 - Shoulders and a Pina Colada

This was done really quick and dirty since we are entertaining out of town friends this holiday.

For those interested that is a homemade Pina Colada...no mix. The recipe is as follows:

Cup of Crushed Ice
1.5oz of Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Rum
1oz of Meyer's Dark Rum
1oz of Heavy Cream
2oz of Coco Lopez
4oz of Pineapple Juice
Dash of Bitters

Blend and drink.
