It's always fun trying to match the new Mariners with their photos. I'd sure appreciate help on identifying the unnamed players. Or corrections if I've misnamed someone.
The photos were taken at the first full squad workout in Peoria and during the 3 games the Mariners played here in Tucson: March 9 against the White Sox, March 10 against the Rockies, and March 11 against the Diamondbacks.
Oh, boy. The pitching does seem to need a little help. Emiliano Fruto did a nice job today against the DBacks though. I sure like T.J. Bohn and Cabrera and Navarro.
It was so cold at the park today.....very windy but it brought much needed rain to the area. It felt more like football weather!

More nice pictures. Thanks for keeping watch. Their pitching needs some work. Yes?
I live on the Olympic Peninsula west of Seattle, and I'v been a fan for years. They've had some excellent moments. Hope they have some more.

Thanks, Ruth. It was fun seeing them yesterday. I saw Mike Hargrove and wished him good luck. He shook my hand (which almost brought me to my knees) as I added, "You look great." Eddie, Adrian, and Mike were 3 guys who'd lost weight and were looking good.
I've got a few more to post and hope to get some more shots when the M's come here to play in Tucson next month.
Here's hoping for a good season!
