This is one of the walls of St. Joseph's Church in Rochester, NY.
It was originally built 1843-1846. A serious fire destroyed the
church, except for the tower and walls in October 1974, forcing
the parish to abandon the ruin. It is now listed on the National
Register of Historic Places and serves as a small park.
Note the wood embedded into the stone wall that escaped the fire.

of the church. It's a mix of Greek Revival and Italianate architecture.
