Lesson Learned

Ok, when photographing a speeding passenger train (80MPH) do not stand down wind.
You will get pelted, no beaten, with sand, snow, dust, rocks, everything. This day it was snow, lots of icy snow. I turned away but recieved a blasting to my unprotected neck. Ouch!
While trying to get back to the truck I fell in a ditch up to my waist - not so easy to get out when your holding up your camera.
