I have a 2002 supercharged Frontier just like the one of your brother in law's. Two days ago I was driving and I saw a guy drive up next to me in a brand new escalade (I kid you not) and look at the side of my truck and read aloud, "supercharged! woah!" I had my windows down and when we pulled up to the stop light he asked me all these questions about my truck. lol

Hey whats up man. I just bought a 4 inch body lift for my 03 crew cab. I only went with a body lift cuz i wont be offroading, i just want that lifted look. What do you think is the biggest and widest tire i can fit under my truck? I was thinking of a 33x12.5. . .whats your opinion, think those will fit with a 4 inch lift? And u got a great looking truck man. . .love that sub box!

Great truck Brian. Just brought a 04 super charger several months ago and already added K&N, duel exhaust, and in process of adding 2.3 pulley. What other suggestions do you have in order to add more HP. I've been looking into buying a chip but I haven't made my mind up if I should do so because I'm afraid of messing with the factory specs on the motor. What else can be done short of adding chip.

I was wondering if you just add a 2.3 pulley, dual exhaust, and K&N FIPK II intake for an increase in boost from 6-7psi to 12-13psi, because in the pic it looks like the S/C you have now is not the factory S/C, compared to the stock (old pic) it looks a little bigger. Im looking foward to do the same upgrade to my 02 Xterra S/C looking for an easy and fast way to get a bit more "kick" out of the truck, since i put Bfgoodrich All Terrain 265/70/17. 2.2" Eaton M62 Supercharger Pulley ? will work ?

Dear Brian, Great looking Nissan!!! Do you have any tips for me on installing PIAA lights on my 2006 Xterra? I want them on top like yours, but am very concerned about destroying the vehicle during installation. Will need someone to do it for me, but am very particular on quality of work. Did you mount them on the top spoiler? What all did you purchase, etc. Did you install custom exhaust? If so, what? Does a stock 2006 Xterra have stainless exhaust? What brand is good so one can hear the exhaust? How do I find slighly used 6 spoke Chrome 16" wheels? Thank you very much, John

Francis, You can always do what I did ;) Add a 2.3 pulley, dual exhaust, and K&N FIPK II intake. Good for an increase in boost from 6-7psi to 12-13psi!

hey, i'm currently looking at a 5speed sc frontier and was wondering what the aftermarket looks like for performance upgrades.. i saw intakes but i'm thinkin more like exhaust components, anything to "up" the boost, chips, anything like that. thanx

Hi Jason, Yes they are AXIS wheels. Seehttp://www.axiswheels.com/ Do a search on Axis Vortex wheels in 18x9 with 0 offset. They are no longer made however... As for the ARE top, I believe it is a hard top so it does not interest me. I carry lots of large stuff in the bed and a quick roll up works better for me then a removal of a hard lid.

You say that the rims are AXIS? What subname do they have and where did you get them? I've been searching all over the internet and can't find them. Also...you might want to look into an ARE tonneau cover. I've got the same truck color and body style and it gives some attitude and sweet definition to the back end of the truck.

Lookin' Good! I have a 2002 SE Crew Cab Long Bed that looks just like yours but without the supercharger (bummer). Two things for ya: 1) Do you happen to know what it would take to get my truck supercharged? I'm looking to piece together a kit but don't know what I'll need besides the better injectors, supercharger, and intake manifold. 2) Where did you get those dash gauge inserts? The white on red with a blue lightup looks AWESOME! Did you have to remove your dash gauges in order to insert them? The stock dash kinda sucks...

Hey i have an 04 same truck tho not the 4wd though. i used ur sketch to get a box being made as im typn this 2 L5 8's i have the L5 10's in my expo they bump hard i power it with a 1200 wat memphis mono. htis hard thanks for ur spacing idea i might be using that with mine will see i pick i tup on saturday morning. ill send u pics after completion

Hey man, first off I must say that your frontier is very, very clean. I your sub box dimensions off of tunfs and just had a few more questions about the box. I am buiding the exact same box and putting the exact same subs inside of it, but instead of the box being 48" long or however yours is, mine is only 31" long, leaving room for the jack. I was just wondering if each of your subs is sealed in their own seperate compartment or if the box is just open on the inside. And I was also wondering how far up and how far down the box you mounted the subs. Thanks alot for your help.

Hi John, As for the wires, I cut a hole into the roof rack and they run into the cab where the rack mounts to the cab. This hides everything and makes it apear that they came from the factory.

Brian, Your truck is beautiful,you did a great job. I also have a 03 SE super charged which recently bought, it only had 8088 miles on it. Unlike yours it did not come with the factoy fog lights in the bumber, PIAA 510' s look as if they will fit in the bumper holes, do you know anyone that has fitted these. I tried getting on to the p085.ezboard site whose home page came up but did not how to proceed from there. Thanks

The stock starting point: supercharged V6 210 horsepower and 246 pounds-feet of torque. After FIPK II intake, CTP dual exhaust, and 2.3 pulley: Peak gains: 31 rear wheel horsepower 24 rear wheel ft-lb torque Adjusted for 27.5% drivetrain loss: 39.5 flyweel horsepower 30.6 flywheel ft-lb torque The largest gains were at the ~5500 rpm mark. You can see that with the new stuff, the engine breathes A LOT better up there. The torque doesn't nose off the way it does when stock. Gains at 5500: 45 rear wheel horsepower 48 rear wheel torque Adjusted for 27.5% drivetrain loss: 57.4 flywheel horsepower 61.2 flywheel ft-lb torque

I gotta say man, this is one Badass frontier. I own a 99 king cab frontier with the 2.4 engine. I have a couple of questions though. I really like that Carbon Fiber dash, do you know of anywhere besides e-bay that I could get one? Also, I see you got a different supercharger and pulley, where did you find those, and how much did you pay? I ask because soon, I want to swap out the 2.4 for a supercharged 3.3. Im also trying to score some headers, but so far, no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and again, awesome truck bro!

Best honest guess...stock is 210HP at the crank. I would guess 235 now without the 2.3 pulley and 245-250 with the pulley. Adding the intake and the dual exhaust not only allowed it to breath but I made 1-2 more pounds of boost:-)

My PIAA lights ARE mounted in the factory holes and YES I heard the largest you could go was 6 inches...NOT TRUE:) Proof is in my pictures!

Your truck looks great. I have a 01 Pathy LE, and I am the same clean way. I also go to the extreme of putting my truck on my lift just to clean the under body just about every time i wash my truck. I have a question the you might be able to help me with. I have the stock 16x7's OEM wheels on my truck now with 255/65's. But i purchased a set of the original S/C wheels like the ones that came on yours. Do you know the offset of them and do you think that they will fit on my truck without burning my wheels bearings since i think the offset in off by 20mm conpared to my stock ones. I just bought an '03 Super black Frontier SC, Crew 4x4 LB, and would love to put on an FIPK, but KN doesn't list one on their site for the SC version of our trucks. Where did you get yours? Can you give me the number of it? Is it ok for the Super Charged? THanks in advance.
