Deceptive image - I was looking at a hickory to see what might still be feeding
on it and this tussock caterpillar suddenly fell from the over-story sycamore
and landed on the hickory leaf right in front of me. Didn't move an inch to
take this shot. Superficially it looks like this caterpillar might have fed
on the leaf it was on.
