Slow and Long

North Berwick

I am still experimenting with long exposures.
This one is sharper than before. It helps to turn off the vibration reduction on the lens...
The fuzzy orange blob is a mooring buoy. I couldn't decide whether or not to clone it out.

Sony α7R
150s f/22.0 at 32.0mm iso50 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Very mice Bill.....personally if it were me I would probably clone the orange blob out, but that's me.... ;-)

Lovely shot - must try some of these! If it was hanging on my wall I'd clone out the buoy I think.

Very beautiful and magical looking shot.

A very successful experiment creating a dreamlike mood. It is counter-intuitive that you need to turn the IS off, but it's true for my Canon too. V

Wonderful slow and dreamy lassitude. Time for a nap. V

Nicely done, good choice to leave the bouy in.
