Back to Back

Saltaire

Workers cottages around the old Salt's Mill at Saltaire near Bradford, now a World Heritage Site.
A superb place. The old textile mill has now been converted to galleries, shops and restaurants.
I have been without internet access for a few days, so catching up with a few posts.

The importance of the back yard no matter how small is of vital importance...sounds like a great place to visit.

When I was a boy, without the green bins, this exactly how I remember my home town (Toon) Newcastle.

Once the ally was for foot access. Now pedestrians have to negotiate the infernal green bins. ~v~

Excellent POV for this lane to display the lineup of houses. No Internet for a few days? I would go crazy ;-).
