Katie's Island

North Berwick

The little island in the middle distance we named Katie's Island because shortly after we got her from the kennels, we walked here for a picnic.
In summer the island is covered in long grass, some birds nest there and it gets cut off at high tide.
Katie had never seen the sea before, and she terribly excited to see all the new things, and share our picnic.
Today it was too cold and damp for a picnic, but a refreshing walk all the same.
